Clinics We Offer

Cervical Smears

Please book via a receptionist, with the doctor or the nurse. You need to ensure that you are midway through your cycle at the time of your smear.

Maternity Care

Once pregnancy is confirmed, you should make an initial booking appointment with your midwife.

Your midwife will offer advice and runs clinics for antenatal monitoring. Deliveries are at The North Hampshire Hospital. It is important to have a postnatal check 6 weeks after the birth. Please telephone the surgery for further information.

Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants

The practice nurses and HCAs run clinics for diabetes, heart disease, asthma monitoring, weight checks, smears, blood pressure checks, flu clinics, travel advice and injections (Please allow 8 weeks before travelling to attend your first appointment), baby vaccinations, blood tests, contraception, dressings and various other treatments.

Please let reception know what you are seeing the practice nurse for, so they can ensure that they allocate you enough time for your care to be carried out.

Phlebotomist

Blood samples arranged by your doctor can be taken by our experienced phlebotomist between 8.30am and midday.
